The way I do my business:
I offer complimentary, no obligation buyer consultations. Before I show clients any homes, we sit together and discuss the importance of the decision they are making. Through a true consultation process, I can determine their real needs and wants for their next home. I find that this process creates clients who are very comfortable with me and the home buying process, and as well as stimulating an environment of trust.
I sell homes with a unique marketing strategy that takes advantage of all the latest technology. Once again, this all starts with a consultation; and together the sellers and I create an excitement for their homes. In this market, these strategies are absolutely necessary since homes are remaining on the market for the most part over six months, and we are seeing more and more pre-foreclosure type properties coming on the market.
I am continually remaining at the forefront of knowledge in my field. I recently attended and have been studying the "short pay" process. Having been in real estate since 1981, I am familiar with this process; however wouldn´t you rather use an agent who has current knowledge rather than one who just has a vague remembrance of this critical topic. If you know of anyone who purchased a home within the past several years with an interest only or stated income loan or some other non-conventional financing, they may need the advice I can give them.
I am smart and use knowledge and wisdom with all parties concerned to create an environment where everyone feels good; however I never forget who I am working for - you! This means that I negotiate for you.
Quite candidly, I am a top agent. Number 1 in my office? No. I must confess - I have a life outside of real estate, just as I hope you have a life outside of your career or job. I´m simply a great real estate agent that will give you the attention you need to make your home buying or home selling transaction the best one you have ever had, and make you feel so happy to have worked with me that you will refer your closest friends and family to me.
