I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of residential properties within Santa Clarita Valley, which includes the communities of Valencia, Westridge, Stevenson Ranch, Tesoro del Valle, Santa Clarita, Saugus, Newhall, Castaic, Canyon Country, and Sand Canyon.
I'm a Southern California native and have lived in the Santa Clarita Valley for the past 33 years. My husband, Richard, and I raised our children, Jason and Cherie, here and we love the community with its surrounding beautiful hills and open spaces. I have volunteered time serving in the local PTA, the Brownies, and as den mother for the Cub Scouts; and since 1980 I have served in various volunteer capacities in my local church. I am currently a member of World Harvest Faith Center in Valencia.
I started my real estate career in 1981, and have earned numerous awards, but the most important recognition is receiving the thanks from my loyal clients for a job well done. I take the time to listen and act upon my clients needs, and I genuinely care for the people whose lives are being touched by moving to or from their home. I am an avid "learner" and strive to continually improve my real estate practice, and I appreciate the fact that much of my business comes from the heartfelt referrals of clients that have been more than satisfied with my performance in selling or buying homes for them.
